The Power of Tea Tree Oil

Tea Tree Oil Drip in BottleTea tree oil is perhaps the most powerful/healing essential oil on the market. Tea tree oil has numerous natural agents that attack fungal and viral skin disorders. Many of us know tea tree as Melaleuca, a plant indigenous to the swampy areas of Australia.

Researchers and physicians have reported tea tree oil to be four to five times stronger than the usual household disinfectants (e.g., hydrogen peroxide) and yet stings far less when applied to minor abrasions.

Melaleuca Tea Tree LeavesAccording to physicians, tea tree oil passed the Kelsey Sykes test, the most rigorous antiseptic test available.

It proved effective, both in vitro and in vivo, against fungi such as Candida albicans and ringworm, and bacteria including Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli, and Streptococcus. In the publication Natural Health, Natural Medicine, Dr. Andrew Weil stated that “tea tree oil is the best treatment I know for fungal infections of the skin.”

Tea tree oil has been effective in fighting such skin disorders as eczema, psoriasis, toenail/fingernail fungus, athlete’s foot, ringworm, dry/cracked heels and skin, acne, dandruff, head lice and much more. For best results, apply T-Tree balm in the morning and evening.

Author“I had a wart on my left arm about the size of a pea. My mom tried other stuff but it didn’t work. I had a Band-Aid on it because it would get irritated and I put Tea Tree Oil underneath. It was unbelievable! The next morning the wart was flat!”

I am very partial to my tea tree balm. I always recommend the tea tree balm for any type of skin disorder.  This balm is remarkable and never ceases to amaze me when it comes to the skin disorders my customers confront me with. My tea tree balm is uniquely and richly blended to create ultimate results. It is a must for dry/cracked heels, elbows and hands and is unsurpassed when it comes to results. Lady Rubbing Tea Tree Balm on FaceTea tree is such a powerful essential oil and, again, the cosmetic grade beeswax I use, seals it in the area and seems to “zap” a problem out in a heartbeat.

My T-Tree Balm, as with all my balms, has a touch of natural peppermint menthol so avoid eye contact.  For a severe/chronic skin disorder it is recommended to use T-Tree morning and evening!

. You will feel it around the eyes, but it will dissipate within a couple of minutes. The tea tree balm is used for the same skin problems mentioned above for my tea tree oil and should be applied twice a day, in the morning and the evening.
